Conference on Illinois History, October 2 & 3, 2025
October 2 and 3, 2025, I will be attending the Conference on Illinois History at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. If I’m not attending a talk, I’ll be at the table for Books on the Square (Virden and Springfield bookstores.), promoting my upcoming novel Morning of a Crescent Moon, Indigo River Publishing.

Placitas Artist Series
I am participating in the Placitas Artist Series September 21–October 31:

The art display is at Las Placitas Presbyterian Church in the village of Placitas. On September 22 and October 20, an art reception is held from 2:00–3:00. At 3:00, a concert follows. The art reception is free. Tickets to the concert are available online or in person prior to the concert.

Friday, February 4, 2022, I will be at the ArtsCrawl First Friday event at The Gallery ABQ in Albuquerque. Come join us and enjoy a night of art. I have two pastels in the salon show: Share the Love!
In December, my artwork was featured in The Gallery ABQ Salon Holiday Bazaar along with several other artists. It will still be there through the week of January 3rd. The January First Friday reception is January 7, 2022, from 5–8:00 p.m.
After January 7, 2022, the gallery will be closed for a couple of weeks while new carpeting is installed! Come see us in late January or early February for our new look!
